Refund & Returns Policy

Physical Products

We hope you’re happy with your order. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

Once your return has been received and checked, any approved refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Where required by UK consumer law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable.

Certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once opened where a legal hygiene or health-protection exemption applies.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where you have a legal right to a refund, repair or replacement, this will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law.

Training Courses

Training course deposits and booking payments are non-refundable once your place has been secured, except where your statutory cancellation rights apply.

If you are unable to attend your booked training date, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may allow one transfer to another available course date, subject to availability and sufficient notice.

Failure to attend your course without prior notice may result in the loss of any deposit or course fees already paid.

If Emma McLaughlin Academy needs to cancel a training course, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund of payments made for the cancelled course.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
