Shipping Policy
UK Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery options may also be available at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Please allow additional processing time during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays or promotional periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the courier and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Where free delivery is offered above a certain order value, this will be applied automatically at checkout where eligible.
Order Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is selected, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
Emma McLaughlin Academy cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Collection
Free collection may be available from Emma McLaughlin Academy where shown at checkout.
Customers selecting collection should wait until they have been notified that their order is ready before attending.
Collection times may need to be arranged in advance.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with tracking and investigate with the courier where necessary.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item where possible.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
