Online Store
We sell professional hair extension products, tools, accessories and training courses.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities or withdraw products or services where reasonably necessary.
Product descriptions, images and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP.
Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.
For training courses, customers may be offered the option to pay in full or pay a deposit, depending on the course.
Any remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the booking terms provided for that training course.
Training Course Bookings
Training places are subject to availability.
Your place is only secured once the required payment or deposit has been successfully received.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct course and training date at checkout.
Where possible, we may allow one transfer to another available training date if sufficient notice is given.
Deposits and booking payments are non-refundable except where your statutory rights apply or where Emma McLaughlin Academy cancels the course.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, customers will be offered an alternative date or an appropriate refund.
Products
Products are intended for professional hair extension and salon use unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended purpose and that they are used correctly.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, misuse or failure to follow professional fitting or application procedures.
Shipping and Collection
Available delivery and collection options are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Where collection is selected, customers should wait until they have been notified that their order is ready before attending the collection location.
